Rebecca Lumley, MA, CPHR

Rebecca serves as the Executive Officer and Associate Vice-President of People and Culture at Royal Roads University. She is deeply honoured to work on the traditional Lands of the Lekwungen-speaking Peoples, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. Guided by the university's mission and values, Rebecca brings her passion for developing and implementing strategies that address both business and people challenges.

In her role, Rebecca leads the People and Culture team, and provides support by offering strategic and operational advice to leaders across the institution.
