Rebecca Lumley, MA, CPHR

Rebecca serves as the Associate Vice-President of Human Resources at Royal Roads University. She is deeply honoured to work on the traditional Lands of the Lekwungen-speaking Peoples, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. Guided by the university's mission and values, Rebecca brings her passion for developing and implementing strategies that address both business and people challenges.

In her role, Rebecca leads the Human Resources and Payroll team, and provides support by offering strategic and operational advice to leaders across the institution. Her dedication aligns seamlessly with Royal Roads University's commitment to providing transformative education, shaping future leaders poised to make a positive impact on the world.
