We all have a role to play

Staff, faculty, contractors and leadership all play a part in ensuring Royal Roads University is a safe, healthy and welcoming campus for all. It's essential for each of us to be aware of university policies related to bullying, harassment and discrimination; violence prevention; and sexual violence prevention — and how to report issues. It's also important for each of us to recognize the university's commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Royal Roads does not tolerate bullying, harassment or discrimination. As work colleagues, we conduct ourselves professionally and treat each other with respect.

All RRU staff, faculty and contractors have a right to a safe workplace — one that's free of physical violence, attempted violence or threats.
