Student support

Where a student needs immediate support:

• Contact Campus Security (250-391-2525), who will then contact the on-call CARE Team member. The CARE Team assesses, refers, and responds to students who are demonstrating emotional distress or concerning behaviour. 

In serious medical emergencies, or where student is in imminent danger:

• Contact both 911 and Campus Security (250-391-2525).

Campus security

Campus Security is available 24/7. They are located on the ground floor of the Millward building (see campus map). Contact Campus Security if you feel unsafe, witness something concerning or need first aid.

CTET Studio

CTET Studio is a collaboration space where you can work with CTET, learn about educational technologies and get help with Moodle and other tools.

Studio offers remote and in-person support. Once a course is live, Studio is your first avenue of support.
