First point of contact
The program head is responsible for program oversight and academic integrity and is usually your primary academic contact who will provide an initial academic orientation. They are your first point of contact for all academic-related questions and concerns, including course changes.
If you have any concerns regarding a student, academically or personally, always bring this to the attention of your program head and program staff.
