Your health and safety is our priority

Royal Roads aims to be a healthy workplace. We believe in reducing risks on campus by establishing safe work practices and a healthy environment. We also do this by offering you educational opportunities — such as wellness fairs and lunch 'n' learn workshops — to give you the tools to improve your mental and physical well-being and to live a healthy life.

COVID-19

COVID-19 has affected everyone. RRU is making sure employees and contractors have the information and support they need to navigate these difficult times.

Occupational health

Keeping staff and faculty safe is a shared responsibility that requires input and action from everyone on campus at Royal Roads University.

Environmental safety

Royal Roads has a variety of measures in place covering hazardous materials as well as air and water quality to ensure the wellbeing of staff and contractors.

Respect in the workplace

Everyone plays a part in ensuring Royal Roads University is a safe, healthy and welcoming place that stands against sexual violence, bullying and harassment.
