Rhona is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day team operations for Student Accounts, ensuring compliance of financial policies with a focus on student success and retention.  

The Student Accounts team provides financial services and support to students including: 

• invoices and receipts 

• T2202 tax forms 

• payment and refund management 

• tuition schedules and financial inquiries 

• third-party sponsorships
