Liz is one of two associate directors in Human Resources responsible for overseeing the full breadth of human resources functions and services offered at Royal Roads University.
Liz’s core responsibilities include providing leadership and specialized consultative support for the design, communication, and maintenance of our compensation and job evaluation programs at RRU. She also oversees all Total Rewards functions such as our comprehensive benefits plans and our rewards and recognition programs.
Liz supports the Total Rewards team including our HR administrative coordinator, HR systems coordinator and payroll, by providing technical guidance and coaching on the application of:

- pay equity
- technology and database infrastructure
- data insights
- performance management
- employee engagement
- benefits and pension programs
