Cristal is responsible for leadership and support for enterprise wide human resource policies, programs, planning, reporting and operations functions of the University.  Cristal has oversight of the University’s Human Resource functions including but not limited to:  Recruitment and Organization Development, Total Rewards and Analytics and Employee and Labour Relations.
